DIY Nail Serums With Essential Oils

1. Nail Serum To Restore Shine

    Ingredients:

    How To Use:

    Combine the oils in a glass dropper bottle. The bottle must be of dark-colored glass. Shake well before application. Take a drop and pour it on a cotton ball. Apply it to your nails and massage. Leave it on to absorb completely. Follow up with a moisturizer. Use it once daily. Keep the bottle in a cool and dark place. 

    2. Nail Serum To Cleanse and Hydrate

      Ingredients:

      How to Use:

      Gather the oils in an amber-colored glass dropper bottle. Make sure to mix the oils well before use. Apply the blend around and under the nails and leave it on for a few minutes. Then rinse with water. Follow up with a moisturizer. Repeat 2-3 times a day to remove nail beds. Store the bottle in a cool, dark place.

      3. Nail Serum To Condition and Perfume

        Ingredients:

        • Lavender Oil (4 drops)
        • Thyme Oil (2 drops)
        • Sandalwood Oil (3 drops)
        • Jojoba Oil (½ ounce)

        How To Use:

        Place all the oils in a dark, colored glass dropper bottle one by one. Shake the bottle to create a blend. Take a drop or two and apply it to your nails. Massage to absorb. Leave it on and apply your favorite moisturizer. This blend helps hydrate and soothe dry and rough nails and cuticles. Use this blend twice daily for better results. It will leave a delightful aroma on your hands and nails. Store in a dark, cool place.

        4. Nail Serum to Strengthen and Smooth

          Ingredients:

          • Lemon Oil (3 drops)
          • Beeswax (1 tablespoon)
          • Castor Oil (½ teaspoon)
          • Almond Oil (3 tablespoons)

          How To Use:

          Melt the beeswax by placing it in a small glass bowl over simmering water on the stove. Add the oils one by one and keep stirring to mix. Once all the oils are added, let the blend cool down. Apply the blend to your nails every night. Wear 100% cotton gloves and leave them on overnight. Repeat once a week. It will improve the strength and smoothness of your nails.

            How To Use:

            Put all the oils in a glass dropper bottle, preferably amber-colored. Shake the bottle well to mix the oils. Apply 2-3 drops to your nails and cutlets. Massage to absorb. Follow up with a moisturizer. Use once daily. Store the bottle in a cool, dark place, away from the sunlight. 

            PS: Do a patch test to check if you have any existing allergies or sensitivity to essential oils. Apply diluted essential oils to the skin area under your elbow and cover it with a cloth for 24  hours. Within this duration, if you feel irritations, itchiness, or discomfort, discontinue essential oil use.
